What is your booking policy?

We require a non-refundable 30% commitment fee to secure all bookings. Cancellations with 24-hour notice receive a refund of this fee. Rescheduling is permitted up to one hour before your appointment.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes! We offer Monthly (₦50,000) and Annual (₦500,000) memberships with unlimited spa access, priority booking, special offers, and MedSpa discounts.

What are your operating hours?

We're open Mondays to Fridays from 12pm to 10pm, Saturdays from 10:30am to 10pm, and Sundays from 2pm to 10pm to accommodate your schedule.
